There’s no account. Your study data stays on your phone, so you can delete it yourself at any time.
Study data on your phone
Your answers, results, bookmarks, notes, flashcard schedule, streak, exam date and optional first name are kept only in the app’s private storage on your phone. We never receive them.
- Reset All Progress in Settings deletes your answers, bookmarks, notes, flashcard schedules, session history and streak. It keeps your first name and exam date.
- Deleting the app removes everything it keeps on your phone, apart from any device backups.
Your phone’s own backup services, such as iCloud Backup or Google’s Android backup, may include this data, depending on your settings. Those backups are controlled by Apple or Google; we can’t access them.
Purchase records
If you’ve bought Premium, RevenueCat (the service that verifies purchases for us) keeps a record linked to a random, anonymous purchase ID. To ask us to delete it:
- In the app, open Settings → Support & Legal → Privacy Policy.
- At the bottom, find Your purchase ID and tap Copy purchase ID.
- Email info@sarafandtech.com with your purchase ID.
We’ll ask RevenueCat to delete the records linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your purchase stays with your Apple or Google account. Deleting these records doesn’t refund it, and using Restore Purchases later creates a new record. Apple and Google keep their own purchase history under their policies.
Messages you’ve sent us
Ask us, and we’ll delete your emails unless the law requires us to keep them.
